Best Places to Visit in USA in March

1.  Arches National Park, Utah

If Arches National Park is on your bucket list, there’s no better time to go than March. There is no timed entry requirement in March (but it’s advisable to get there before 8:00 am). Plus it’s when you’ll have comfortable temps that reach into the 60s, making it ideal for hiking among the incredible geological formations.

Even if you’re not so much into hiking there are several easy hikes at Arches National Park that are worthwhile. And know that pretty much everywhere you drive within the park is a scenic drive.

Looking to get the most out of a visit to Arches? Consider camping in Devil’s Garden. Reservations for camping in March can be made up to 6 months ahead (which is recommended). Otherwise, plan on staying in the fabulous town of Moab, I like the Big Horn Lodge for location and affordability. For something a little more romantic book a bungalow at Moab Springs Ranch.
